"Start out being good but then his helpers were totally incompetent. i called to remove stuff from my personal articles policy and add another and they never did it. they called me three times and i answered their questions. i just switched to state farm in arizona and they never took care of this"
"Hi Cynthia, I am glad we were able to connect last week to address your concern. It does take ten business days for underwriting to update and mail your policy changes. The changes were submitted same day you requested and is up to date. I emailed you the copies of the policy that shows the effective date of the change and all the items removed and added that were correct. I hope you can adjust your ratings of the office. Just know that changes go through a process and it is reviewed by underwriting before you see them in the app or receive them in the mail. Best wishes in Arizona and your new adventures. "
